Delta Faucet Company has an exciting opportunity for a Senior National Account Manager joining our Omnichannel Retail Sales team!The Senior National Account Manager works directly with Home Depot and cross-functional teams to drive customer advocacy and sales growth. This role will collaborate with Finance, Customer Solutions, Operations, Product Marketing, and Channel Marketing counterparts.Responsibilities:Develop and maintain a playbook to drive omnichannel growth at Home Depot.Lead deployment of key growth levers including promotional planning and execution, performance metrics, and trendsAlign and implement sales goals and priorities with key internal and external decision-makersStrategically negotiate customer programs for profitable growthOptimize operational execution through the development of new operations and fulfillment capabilitiesOptimize price, promotion, advertising, and supply chain to earn strong organic placement on the digital shelfLead and own internal and customer-facing meetings to drive engagement and accountability on projectsPartner across brand, product, and channel teams to build and align strategies and tactics for growth on all Home Depot sales platformsDevelop and own cross-brand, cross-functional, and cross-BU relationships that will drive best-in-class strategies across all Home Depot sales platformsAccountable for operational controls, including forecasting, budgeting, and supply chain coordinationEducation & experience:BS in a Business or Marketing related field and 5-7 years of related experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.Store and eCommerce Account Management Experience with a major omnichannel retail customerStrong Financial AcumenAbility to build, analyze and quickly interpret data from various sources including all Microsoft programsCapacity to effectively form relationships, informally influence, and concisely communicate complex topics at all levels of the organization.Highly motivated and able to resourcefully solve problems while ensuring decision-making and engagement occurs at the right levels within the organization.Ability to multitask and prioritize managing multiple projects to executionThrives in a fast-paced and dynamic environmentTravel is required ~20% of the timeWhy Join Us?At Delta Faucet Company, our people are our greatest assets.
