Client Overview
Our client is a leading contemporary fashion/apparel brand known for its elevated women’s fashion and modern aesthetic. They are looking to add a Retail Sales Associate to their team.
Salary/Hourly Rate
$25/hr
Position Overview
The Retail Sales Associate will join a Fashion Retail team for a 3-month seasonal assignment . The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of retail sales experience, strong client service skills, and a genuine passion for fashion. Experience in women’s retail, premium, contemporary, or luxury fashion is strongly preferred.
Responsibilities Of The Retail Sales Associate
Provide exceptional customer service and create a welcoming in-store experience.
Assist clients with product selection, styling, and purchases.
Build strong relationships with customers and support repeat business.
Meet or exceed individual and store sales goals.
Maintain knowledge of products, collections, and current fashion trends.
Support merchandising, replenishment, and maintaining the overall appearance of the sales floor.
Assist with fitting room coverage, POS transactions, and other daily store operations.
Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing retail environment.
Collaborate with team members to ensure a positive customer experience.
Required Experience/Skills For The Retail Sales Associate
1+ years of retail sales experience.
Strong customer service and communication skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
Passion for fashion and providing an elevated client experience.
Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends.
Professional and polished presentation.
Preferred Experience/Skills For The Retail Sales Associate
Women’s apparel and fashion retail experience.
Premium, contemporary, or luxury retail experience.
Experience with clienteling and building customer relationships.
Experience working toward individual or store sales goals.
Styling or fashion merchandising experience.
Education Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
