In this role, you will handle inbound and outbound customer service calls, assisting with account inquiries, product support, billing questions, and general customer needs. Requirements Minimum of 6 months remote call center experience or 1 year of in-office (brick-and-mortar) call center experience Clear communication skills and strong soft skills, including active listening, patience, and professionalism Provide excellent customer service, addressing questions and concerns Must have a quiet home office environment No criminal history (a background check is required) Must be comfortable working as a 1099 independent contractor Schedule Client service hours vary and may include mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays, depending on the specific client program you select.
