(FS, Products, CMT, Resources, H&PS). Your role will focus on driving large-scale infrastructure transformations by leveraging Red Hat’s Platforms and industry best practices.We are seeking highly motivated, results-oriented professionals with diverse perspectives and a passion for shaping the future of Infrastructure technology. You will be supported by dedicated mentors, career counselors, and customized training programs to help you succeed.The WorkSolution Architecture & DesignLead end-to-end Red Hat solution architecture across Infrastructure platform functions.Design scalable and sustainable solutions aligned with business objectives and Infrastructure transformation strategies.Define data models, planning hierarchies, control frameworks, and integration architecture.Establish technical standards, design principles, and implementation best practices.Business Consulting & Stakeholder ManagementPartner with client leadership and business process owners to understand requirements and translate them into Red Hat solutions. The amount of travel will vary from 0 to 100% depending on business need and client requirements.Here's what you need:Minimum of 10 years of experience in Infrastructure Planning and Technology implementations.Minimum of 5 years' experience in enterprise architecture, with a focus on Infrastructure management and advanced planning systems.Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience with Red Hat Platforms.Minimum of 5 years' experience leading large-scale Infrastructure transformation programs.Minimum of 5 years of experience and strong understanding of planning processes and Infrastructure operations.Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Technology, Operations, or related field.Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Technology, Operations, (or related field) or equivalent (minimum 12 years) work experience. (If Associate’s Degree, must have minimum 6 years work experience)Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
