Resolv Global is a global customer operations and outsourcing company helping businesses scale through people technology AI and global delivery.

We provide solutions across customer experience sales technical support back-office operations financial services and other business-critical functions.

We are looking for a hands-on Marketing Manager to help take Resolv Globals brand visibility and B2B marketing to the next level.

About the Role

This is a hands-on B2B marketing role not simply a position focused on managing agencies or maintaining a marketing calendar.

You will own and execute marketing initiatives across LinkedIn content brand sales enablement digital marketing and campaigns working closely with Sales leadership web and SEO resources.

You should be someone who can take an idea and turn it into a polished piece of marketing whether thats a LinkedIn campaign client proposal pitch deck case study landing page or thought leadership piece.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute B2B marketing campaigns that increase brand visibility and generate meaningful business interest.
• Own Resolv Globals LinkedIn and social media content strategy.
• Create compelling content graphics thought leadership and executive content.
• Develop sales enablement materials including proposals pitch decks presentations case studies and one-pagers.
• Support website content landing pages messaging and conversion improvements.
• Work with SEO resources on SEO content AEO/GEO and AI-search initiatives.
• Partner with Sales and leadership to support business development and priority campaigns.
• Track marketing performance and continuously improve campaigns based on results.
• Maintain a consistent and professional Resolv Global brand across all channels.

Contract & Compensation

• Independent Contract
• Salary based on experience
• Paid in USD weekly
• Fully remote position
• Open to candidates from South Africa Canada and the US

Requirements:

What Were Looking For

We are looking for a strong B2B marketer with 47 years of practical experience ideally within BPO outsourcing SaaS technology staffing professional services CX or another B2B services environment.

You should have:

• Proven B2B marketing experience particularly on LinkedIn.
• Strong writing and business communication skills.
• Hands-on experience creating content and campaigns.
• Experience creating proposals pitch decks presentations or sales collateral.
• Strong PowerPoint and/or Canva skills.
• Working knowledge of digital marketing SEO and content marketing.
• Experience working with Sales and senior leadership.
• Strong visual judgment and attention to detail.
• The ability to manage multiple priorities independently.
• A practical commercial and execution-focused mindset.

Experience with HubSpot LinkedIn Campaign Manager Google Analytics Search Console Adobe tools AI marketing tools AEO/GEO or AI-powered search is a strong advantage.
