Milacron is looking for a Manager Content Strategy and Messaging to join our team in Batavia this position you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive content strategy that strengthens brand awareness supports business objectives and ensures consistent customer-focused messaging across all marketing and commercial Youll Do:Define and execute a content and messaging strategy aligned with business priorities and marketing and maintain messaging frameworks value propositions and content guidelines to ensure consistent communication of the companys brand solutions and market and manage the editorial calendar content roadmap and publishing priorities across digital print social media email sales enablement and other marketing content gaps across marketing channels and develop strategic plans that support the buyer journey and increase audience the development of marketing technical customer-focused and thought leadership content that supports brand awareness engagement and demand generation with Product Management Engineering Sales and other subject matter experts to translate complex technical concepts into clear compelling customer-focused edit and approve content to ensure accuracy quality compliance and alignment with brand content performance and audience engagement providing recommendations to improve content effectiveness and communication and oversee the work of external agencies freelance writers designers photographers videographers and other content production as the steward of the companys brand voice and messaging framework driving editorial governance and consistency across all :Bachelors degree in Marketing Communications Journalism English Business or a related field.5 to 7 years of experience in content marketing corporate communications marketing communications or a related experience developing and executing content strategies across multiple marketing experience leading content and messaging projects involving external agencies freelance writers designers photographers videographers or other creative service managing editorial calendars and coordinating content development across multiple to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and translate technical concepts into customer-focused project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and using AI-powered tools and technologies to support content creation editing research personalization and other marketing activities while ensuring accuracy brand consistency and quality in B2B manufacturing industrial engineering or technical product environments with SEO and GEO best practices to maximize content performance of content management systems (CMS) marketing automation platforms and CRM systems developing executive communications thought leadership content and customer success stories developing messaging and campaigns tailored to technical operational or executive B2B audiences Responsibilities: This is an individual contributor role with no direct people-management responsibilities.
