Job Description

ALIYA Healthcare is seeking an experienced Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) to lead marketing strategy, brand development, and growth initiatives across our healthcare organization and affiliated brands. This executive-level role will drive market expansion, strengthen brand positioning, develop strategic partnerships, and align marketing and business development efforts with the company's overall growth objectives.

The ideal candidate is a strategic, results-driven leader with a proven track record of building brands, leading high-performing teams, and delivering measurable business growth. Experience in healthcare, skilled nursing, post-acute care, or a related industry is strongly preferred.

Duties Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the organization's overall marketing and growth strategy in alignment with executive leadership and company objectives.
• Lead brand positioning and marketing initiatives across ALIYA Healthcare and its affiliated brands.
• Identify opportunities for market expansion, business development, and increased market share.
• Oversee marketing campaigns, digital marketing, website strategy, social media, public relations, and corporate communications.
• Develop strategies to strengthen brand awareness, market differentiation, and the organization's reputation.
• Partner with operations, admissions, and facility leadership to support census growth, referral development, and business performance.
• Build and maintain strategic relationships with hospitals, healthcare providers, referral sources, and community partners.
• Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and industry developments to identify new business opportunities.
• Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure marketing effectiveness, lead generation, referral growth, and return on investment.
• Oversee marketing budgets, resource allocation, external agency relationships, and campaign performance.
• Lead, develop, and manage the marketing team, establishing clear goals, priorities, and performance expectations.
• Ensure consistent branding, messaging, and marketing standards across the organization and its affiliated brands.
• Collaborate with executive leadership on strategic planning, organizational growth, and new business initiatives.
• Use data and analytics to evaluate performance, identify opportunities, and guide marketing decisions.
• Oversee the development of marketing materials, presentations, proposals, and other resources that support business development.
• Ensure marketing activities comply with applicable healthcare regulations, privacy requirements, and company policies.
• Present marketing performance, growth opportunities, and strategic recommendations to executive leadership.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field required; master's degree preferred.
• Significant experience in marketing leadership, with executive-level leadership experience strongly preferred.
• Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies that drive measurable business growth.
• Experience managing marketing teams, budgets, campaigns, and external partners.
• Healthcare, skilled nursing, long-term care, post-acute care, or related industry experience strongly preferred.
• Demonstrated experience in brand strategy, business development, market expansion, and performance analysis.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing, market research, lead generation, and marketing analytics.
• Ability to translate organizational objectives into measurable marketing and growth initiatives.
• Excellent executive communication, leadership, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Strong analytical and strategic planning abilities, with a focus on results and return on investment.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with executive leadership and cross-functional teams.
