Charge Nurse (LPN or RN) - PRN
Job Summary:
As a Charge Nurse with Sunset Villa Care Center, you will play a vital role in our commitment to providing exceptional care to our patients in Roswell, New Mexico. We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Charge Nurse to join our team on a per diem basis. Responsibilities:
Lead by example : Act as a role model for our nursing staff, promoting a positive and supportive work environment.
Coordinate care : Oversee the delivery of patient care, ensuring that patients receive the highest level of attention and service.
Supervise staff : Provide guidance, mentoring, and feedback to our nursing team, promoting growth and development.
Monitor patient outcomes : Collect and analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement, contributing to the development of effective care plans.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams : Work closely with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care.

Requirements:
Education: LPN or RN degree from an accredited institution
Certifications: Current LPN or RN licensure in the State of New Mexico
